LoopCV reviews (2026): is LoopCV legit, what it costs, and who it suits
Updated
We make Apiva. Read this knowing that.
Everything about LoopCV below comes from their pricing page, homepage, terms and Trustpilot profile, checked on 17 October 2026. One catch before you compare. Their plan cards show $19.99 a month for the cheapest paid plan, while their own FAQ on the same page says paid plans start from €9.99. Go by the card, and by what checkout shows you.
Is LoopCV legit?
Yes. LoopCV's terms name Loopcv Technologies P.C., give an address in Thessaloniki, Greece, and are governed by Greek law. Their own reviews page says the company was founded in 2019.
People are fairly happy with it. On 17 October 2026 Trustpilot rated it 3.9 out of 5 from 131 reviews, labelled Great. Trustpilot also shows the company has replied to every negative review, usually within two weeks.
On money, their FAQ says refunds are offered within 7 days of purchase, and only if you've used no more than 10% of your plan's application quota. You can cancel any time from your account settings and keep the plan until the end of the billing period.
The short version
With Apiva, you approve a job, our AI fills it in and submits it, and a credit from your allowance is only used once the submission is confirmed. Paid plans charge a monthly fee up front. A failed attempt doesn't use a credit. 25 applications a month are free, no card.
LoopCV searches job boards for you and sends applications in several ways, one of which is emailing recruiters directly. Its monthly quota is counted in "applications or emails", so an email to a recruiter and a submitted application use the same allowance.
That's the main reason we think Apiva suits most people better. Every credit we use is an application that an employer's system received, with nothing else mixed in. If recruiter outreach is something you actually want, though, LoopCV does a thing we don't do at all.
What you get with Apiva
You pick from a feed of jobs built from a corpus of 50,000+ US company career pages, rescanned on a daily cycle. You can also paste a link to a US job you found on your own. Nothing is sent without your approval.
Our AI fills in the application and rewrites your résumé for that role, using your real experience. Before it goes, you can see what changed.
Now and then a form needs something only you know. When that happens, the app marks it "Needs your answer" and finishes once you reply. If an attempt stops, it's marked "Will be retried" and no credit is used.
Each confirmed application has a saved confirmation. Open it any time.
What LoopCV does
You upload a CV, choose job titles and locations, and LoopCV works through matching postings. Their homepage says it applies "using a browser extension, form submissions via ATS (Applicant tracking systems) used by the companies, automated emails to recruiters and several other methods."
The email side is spelled out too: "We automatically find the email of the recruiter in a company sending a personalised email." On the form side they say "Employers see a normal application without an automation label."
There's more around that. A CV builder, AI CV checks, a job tracker, and A/B testing of CVs, which is genuinely unusual. The Chrome extension handles boards where you need to be logged in.
On reach, their numbers don't quite agree. The plan cards list 3 job boards on the free plan and 20 on the paid ones. The FAQ says 30+.
Applications or emails? What counts against your quota
Every LoopCV plan card prints its allowance the same way. The free plan is "up to 10 applications or emails per month". Standard is "up to 100". Premium is "up to 300".
An application goes into an employer's hiring system for a specific job. An email lands in a recruiter's inbox. The card counts them as one unit and doesn't tell you the split.
LoopCV's own words make the point. In October 2025 a Trustpilot reviewer complained that 12,000+ job matches led to only 14 automatic applications. LoopCV's reply said the system had "already completed 100 email submissions, which is one of the three main automated application methods."
A recruiter email can be worth sending. Just know that a plan of 100 may not mean 100 applications.
What LoopCV reviews say
The good reviews are mostly about people. Reviewers often name the support person who helped them, and a September 2026 four-star says customer service "was very helpful, although the free plan is very limited for this platform."
The bad ones are about the automation. An August 2026 one-star says "you have to do most of the work manually anyway". A November 2025 three-star describes a loop that found 180 jobs, matched 27, then failed with "Easy apply button wasn't found", leaving 22 applications after five or six runs. LoopCV replied to both.

Apiva pricing
| Plan | Price | Applications a month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, no card | 25 |
| Starter | $19 / month | up to 200 |
| Pro | $39 / month | up to 600 |
| Scale | $99 / month | up to 1,500 |
All the price is on one page. Each plan is the full product, and tiers only change the volume. Quarterly prices ($49, $79 and $239) are published, but quarterly billing isn't open yet. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Cancel any time and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, though a part-used month isn't refunded. See the pricing page.
At full use, 200 Starter credits come to about 10 cents for each confirmed application. In a quieter month each one costs more.

When LoopCV is the better pick
You want recruiter outreach. It's a channel we don't offer at all.
You're looking outside the US. Paid plans include remote jobs anywhere in the world. Our feed is US company career pages.
Testing CV versions appeals to you. Their A/B testing is real. We tailor your résumé for each role but never test one version against another.
You value a support team that answers. Replying to every negative review is a good sign, and we're much newer than they are.
When Apiva is the better pick
If you want the number on your plan to mean applications, ours does. A credit is a confirmed submission and nothing else.
You'll also know where each one stands. A stopped attempt is retried without using a credit, and when a question needs you, the app says so.
Sponsorship questions are answered only from what you've told us. Identity questions like disability disclosure work the same way. If you haven't said, it chooses the form's decline option or asks you.
And the free tier is bigger. 25 applications a month, every month, with no card.
Bottom line
If you want lots of activity across many boards, including emails straight to recruiters, LoopCV keeps busy for you and its support has a good name. The free plan costs nothing to try.
If what you want is the application itself, sent to the employer and confirmed, with credits used only on those, that's what Apiva is for. Start with 25 free applications a month, no card.
If you do try LoopCV, ask their support how many of your plan's units went out as emails. They gave exactly that breakdown to one reviewer in a public Trustpilot reply, so it's a fair question.
