Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-19 · Pre-launch placeholder
Kite, operated by KITEJOBS PRIVATE LIMITED, is built for individual job seekers who want help submitting more and better applications. This page explains what use is welcome and what use will get your account suspended.
Allowed
- Applying to real jobs you are genuinely interested in and qualified for.
- Using your real resume and real personal information.
- Submitting applications within the rate limits Kite enforces from time to time. (These are tuned to keep destination platforms healthy and are subject to change.)
Not allowed
- Spam — applying to large numbers of jobs you have no intention of pursuing.
- Misrepresentation — fake names, fabricated experience, fraudulent claims about work authorization or credentials.
- Applying on someone else's behalf without their explicit, documented consent.
- Using Kite in a way that you have been notified violates a destination platform's terms of service or an employer's posted hiring policy.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping, decompiling, probing, or attempting to extract Kite's underlying systems, data, or any proprietary information.
- Sharing your account credentials with anyone else.
- Any use that violates applicable law (including consumer-protection, anti-fraud, anti-spam, and data-protection laws in your jurisdiction).
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations without advance notice. Egregious violations (fraud, harassment of employers, mass spamming, illegal activity) may be referred to the appropriate authorities. We may also retain limited evidence of a violation as needed for that referral.
Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing Kite — including against you, your company, or a hiring platform you operate — email abuse@kitejobs.ai with the details. We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
