Free beta · US roles · no card
Every job you approve gets applied to. No exceptions.
We scan 50,000+ US company career pages every day and score every new role against your profile, each match arriving with a résumé rewritten for that specific job. Approve it and it’s in inside 24 hours, hard forms included. A confirmation for each one, or you don’t pay.
No supported-platforms list. The big applicant-tracking systems, or a careers page nobody has touched since 2003 — if it’s a real US job posting, it gets done.
- Submitted within 24 hours
- A confirmation on every application
- Failed applications don’t count
- US-based roles, for now
- 25 free every month
An application being completed: the fields fill in automatically, the form blocks the automation part-way, a person finishes the remaining fields by hand, and a confirmation receipt prints and is stamped CONFIRMED.

The guarantee
What’s covered, in plain terms.
Honesty is the product. So here it is, all of it:
Every job you approve is fully applied to and confirmed submitted within 24 hours — or the credit isn’t spent. No silent failures, no fake counts. A saved confirmation for every single one.
- 24 hours, hard ones included
- From your approval to a confirmed submission. The forms a person has to finish by hand are inside the same window.
- A failure costs you nothing
- No charge, and the credit goes straight back to your balance. It never counts against the month.
- A wall is not a stop
- When a form won’t submit, we try it again — and if it still won’t, a person finishes it by hand.
- Nothing counts until it’s verified
- An application enters your dashboard when the submission is confirmed. Never the moment one starts.
the guarantee covers application completion, not hiring outcomes · terms
The numbers
applications confirmed to date — counted only when the submission is verified, never when a bot merely starts one.

The problem with hands-off
Most jobs a bot “applies” to never actually get submitted.
Auto-appliers count an application the moment a bot starts it. We count it when it’s confirmed — because a wall means your best match was silently skipped.
A hands-off bot
- Fills the easy fields, then hits a wall
- A wall means: stop, skip, move on — silently
- Your best-fit role is exactly the one skipped
- No screenshot, no receipt, no proof
- Counts “sent” the moment it starts
- Quick to start, no deadline on what it left behind

Apiva
- Every field completed — 6 of 6, not 4 of 6
- Walls that stop a bot get finished by a person
- You approve every job before anything sends
- A confirmation screenshot saved for every one
- Credit spent only on confirmed submissions
- A 24-hour clock on every one, walls included

Other tools skip what they can’t finish. Every job you approve gets completed — by automation where it’s fast, by a person where it isn’t. You never find out which, because it doesn’t matter: you get the same confirmation either way.

as many searches as you need · one account
More than one search
A résumé for every search you’re running.
The title you held, the one you’d also take, the one you’re pivoting toward. Add as many as you need. Each carries its own résumé and its own feed, scored against that résumé and not the others — your name, education and work authorization carry across on their own.
Résumé · per role
A résumé rewritten for every job — that still sounds like you.
Your real work, re-led for what each role asks. Nothing invented, no years rounded up — and you review every change before anything goes out.

No sponsorship — flaggedsponsorship, surfaced before you spend anything
Visa-safe
On a visa clock, a wasted application isn’t neutral.
Sponsorship is flagged before you approve, and your work-authorization answers are filled from your profile — verified, not guessed. A wrong sponsorship answer wastes a role an OPT deadline can’t get back, so it’s checked first, every time.
Under the hood
Technically, what happens.
A scan of 50,000+ US career pages every day. Every new role scored against your profile before you ever see it. Every submission finished — by machine or by hand — and written to the record with a timestamp and a screenshot.

Before you start
Straight answers.
That every job you approve gets fully applied to — completed and confirmed, or the credit isn’t spent. We can’t promise an employer replies or that you’ll be hired; that depends on your résumé and the market. What’s on us is the application itself actually going through.
Every application is saved with a confirmation, timestamped, in your dashboard the moment it’s sent — no self-reported counts to take on faith. If it isn’t confirmed, you weren’t charged for it.
Within 24 hours of your approval. That’s a commitment, not an average, and it covers the awkward forms a person has to finish by hand — not just the easy ones. That’s the part other tools leave open: when their automation can’t finish something, it goes into a queue with no deadline on it at all. Every application is timestamped in your dashboard, so you don’t have to take the pace on faith.
No — paste any US job posting and it gets completed, whatever the industry. The automatic match feed is strongest for tech and adjacent roles today, because that’s where titles are most standardised and matching has the most to work with. The paste-a-link path is universal from day one.
Yes. You can keep several job-search profiles in one account — one per résumé. Each has its own target titles, locations and pay, and its own feed scored against that résumé rather than the other one. Your name, address, education and work authorization carry across on their own, so adding a profile takes a résumé and a couple of minutes. Switch between them whenever you like, and your monthly applications are shared across all of them rather than split.
That’s exactly what it’s built to avoid. Recruiters increasingly reject obviously-AI applications, so every tailored version is written in plain language, leads with your strongest real work, and skips the stock phrases. It never invents experience or rounds up your years — and you review exactly what changed before anything goes out.
Some applications put up walls a bot can’t finish — extra verification, logins, forms that only behave for a human. When that happens, a person completes the application by hand, so it still ends up submitted and confirmed. You never find out which path it took, because it doesn’t matter: same receipt either way.
Your details are used only to complete the applications you approve, are handled securely, and are never sold. You stay in control — approve what goes out, and delete everything from Settings whenever you want. The Security page spells out where things live and who can see them.
The United States, for now — every role we find, score, and apply to is a US-based job. You can use Apiva from anywhere in the world, and plenty of people do; it’s the jobs that are US-only today. Other markets are next on the roadmap, and we’ll say so plainly here the moment one opens up.
Your work-authorization status is part of every match — roles that sponsor are flagged (H-1B and similar), so you can see where you’re eligible before you approve.
The free tier is 25 applications every month, no card on file, and it doesn’t expire. Paid plans are live from $19 a month, cancel anytime — the tiers are on the pricing page, every plan is the full product, and quarterly prices are published with quarterly billing opening soon. Either way, failed applications never count against your quota.
