Kite is operated by KITEJOBS PRIVATE LIMITED(CIN U62013TN2026PTC193396), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India (“Kite”, “we”, “us”). Kite provides an automated job-application service. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
What we do
You upload your resume, answer onboarding questions, and submit specific job URLs. We score each role, ask for your approval, and (only after you approve) fill and submit the application on your behalf. We never apply to a job you have not explicitly approved.
Your responsibilities
- You confirm the information in your resume and profile is accurate, current, and yours to submit.
- You agree to use the service for legitimate job applications only — no spam, no fake personas, no impersonation.
- You acknowledge that some employers or hiring platforms may consider automated applications a violation of their site terms, and that the consequences of that (including account suspension on those platforms) are your risk to accept.
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old.
Our responsibilities
- We handle your data per the Privacy Policy.
- We give you a record of every submitted application, including a screenshot proof where the destination platform allows it.
- We do not guarantee any specific outcome (no warranty of interviews, offers, or hire decisions).
Billing & refunds
Phase 1 (current) is a free closed beta. When billing launches, prices, the credit model, and the refund policy will be added to this document and to a separate Refund Policy page, and we will email you in advance before any charge.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings (this purges your resume, profile, and application history). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kite's aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited as set out in the final Terms (to be added before paid billing). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot be excluded by law.
