Apiva is operated by KITEJOBS PRIVATE LIMITED(CIN U62013TN2026PTC193396). This page is the canonical record of what the service costs.

The free tier needs no card. Paid plans are billed in US dollars and renew until you cancel. Every plan is the full product — résumé tailoring per role, cover letters, the match feed, paste-any-link, sponsorship flags, the inbox, outcome tracking, and a confirmation on every application. Tiers differ only by volume.

Quarterly prices are published and committed, but quarterly billing is not open yet — checkout currently starts a monthly plan. When it opens, a quarterly bill still grants your applications monthly: three monthly allowances, not one triple allowance up front.

What a credit covers

One credit is consumed when Apiva successfully submits one job application on your behalf. A credit is held when you add a job to Applications and released if you skip it before it is sent. If a submission fails or is rejected by the destination platform without our being able to confirm it went through, no credit is consumed. Credits do not roll over — your allowance resets each month. Renewal & cancellation

A paid plan renews automatically on the date you subscribed. Cancelling stops the next charge immediately, and you keep the plan you have paid for until the end of the current period, after which your account moves to Free. A part-used month is not refunded, and applications already granted to you are not taken back. There is no lock-in — you can cancel any time, including the day you are hired.

Moving to a larger plan takes effect at once and charges the difference for the remainder of the current month; the additional applications are added to what you have left. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the current month. Deleting your account cancels your plan before anything is erased.

If a payment cannot be collected we keep your plan active while it is retried. If it still cannot be collected, the plan ends and your account moves to Free.

Taxes & invoicing

Prices are exclusive of tax. Any tax applicable in your country of residence is added at checkout by our payment provider and shown before you pay. You receive a transaction record for every charge from the payment provider at the email on your account. Tax invoices in the format required by the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 of India are available on request from support@apiva.ai.

Changes to pricing

We will email everyone with an active account at least seven (7) days before a change to the price of a plan they are on. This page is updated before any such change takes effect.
