Service Delivery

Kite, operated by KITEJOBS PRIVATE LIMITED(CIN U62013TN2026PTC193396), is a digital software service. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. This page describes how and when the digital service is delivered once you sign up or pay.

Account delivery

When you create an account, access to your dashboard is provisioned immediately on successful sign-in (typically within a minute of the magic-link email reaching your inbox). If you do not receive the sign-in email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@kitejobs.ai.

Credit delivery

Once paid billing is enabled and you purchase a credit pack, the credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation by the payment gateway. You can see your current credit balance in the dashboard at any time.

Application delivery

Job applications are submitted by Kite on your behalf only after you explicitly approve a specific job. We aim to submit each approved application within twenty-four (24) hours of approval, and in most cases much sooner. Some applications take longer because of destination-platform availability, queueing for moderation, or authentication steps that require your input.

  • You receive a record in your dashboard for every submitted application, with a screenshot proof where the destination platform allows capturing one.
  • If we cannot submit an approved application for technical reasons, the credit for that application is not consumed.
  • If an application fails repeatedly, it is routed to manual handling and may be either submitted by us by hand, returned to you with an explanation, or refunded per the Refund Policy.

Service availability

We aim to keep the dashboard available continuously. The application engine is operated on a daily schedule appropriate to the size of the approved queue. Brief planned maintenance windows may occur and do not entitle you to a refund unless they cause us to miss the twenty-four-hour delivery target on an approved application, in which case the rules in the Refund Policy apply.
