JobCopilot reviews (2026): is it legit, what it costs, and who it suits
Updated
We make Apiva. Read this knowing that.
Everything about JobCopilot below comes from their own pricing page, their terms and their Trustpilot profile, checked on 17 October 2026. One thing to know first: their pricing page shows a per-day rate and never the amount you'll actually be charged. Check both of us before you spend anything.

Is JobCopilot legit?
It's a real company. JobCopilot is run by Nextwave Labs Pte Ltd, registered in Singapore, according to its own terms, and it does apply to jobs for you. So no, it isn't a scam.
But the reviews are weak. On 17 October 2026 Trustpilot rated it 2.0 out of 5 from 99 reviews, labelled Poor. That's worth ten minutes of your time before you subscribe.
The refund terms are tight. Their terms say a refund "may be offered only if JobCopilot is notified within the first 7 days" of the subscription, about a technical issue that stops you using the service. Even then it's their call, and they may extend your service period instead of refunding you. After seven days, refund requests aren't considered. Their promo page says you can cancel any time without penalty.
The short version
With Apiva, you approve a job, our AI fills it in and submits it, and a credit is only used once the submission is confirmed. If it doesn't go through, the credit stays in your balance. 25 applications a month are free, no card.
JobCopilot is priced by the day, and the daily limit is counted in job matches. Their pricing page doesn't say how many of those matches end up as applications an employer received.
That's the main reason we think Apiva suits most people better. Our paid plans charge a monthly fee up front too, but your allowance is counted in confirmed applications, so a credit is only used when an employer actually has your application.
What you get with Apiva
You approve jobs from a feed built from a corpus of 50,000+ US company career pages, rescanned on a daily cycle. Or you paste a link to any US job you found yourself. Nothing goes out without your yes.
Our AI fills in the application and rewrites your résumé for that role. You can see what changed before it goes.
Sometimes a form needs something we don't have, like an answer only you know. Then the app asks you, and carries on once you reply.
A credit is held when you add a job, released if you skip it before it's sent, and only spent when the submission is confirmed. If an attempt stops, it's marked "Will be retried" and no credit is used. Every confirmed application has a saved confirmation you can open.
JobCopilot pricing (checked October 2026)
Their pricing page shows two tiers with one number each.
| Tier | Published rate | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Premium | From $0.93 / day | 1 copilot, up to 20 job matches daily |
| Elite | From $1.05 / day | 3 copilots, up to 50 job matches daily, résumé tailoring, credits to contact hiring managers |
Under that it says "Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly plans available". It doesn't say what any of them cost. There's no free tier on the page.
We're not going to multiply $0.93 by 30 and call that their monthly price, because that's our sum, not their number. "Starts from" means $0.93 is the floor, so the other billing options cost at least that per day, and maybe more. To see the real figure you have to start checkout.
A match is a job their system thinks suits you. It isn't an application the employer received. Their feature list also includes "Save Job Applications for Review", so some applications can be set aside for you to look at before they go. That's sensible. It does mean the number of matches you buy isn't a count of applications sent.
Apiva pricing
| Plan | Price | Applications a month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, no card | 25 |
| Starter | $19 / month | up to 200 |
| Pro | $39 / month | up to 600 |
| Scale | $99 / month | up to 1,500 |
The whole price is on one page. Every plan is the full product, and tiers only differ by volume. Quarterly prices ($49, $79 and $239) are published but quarterly billing isn't open yet. Credits reset monthly and don't roll over. Cancel any time and you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, though a part-used month isn't refunded. See the pricing page.
If you use all 200 Starter credits in a month, that's as low as about ten cents per confirmed application. Use fewer and each one costs more.

When JobCopilot is the better pick
You want lots of tools in one subscription. Their Trustpilot profile describes AI writer tools for résumés and cover letters alongside the auto-apply.
You want to reach hiring managers directly. Elite includes credits for that. We don't do outreach.
You're hunting for two or three quite different roles at once. Elite runs three copilots in parallel, which suits that.
You apply heavily every day. A flat daily price might work out well if you use it hard.
When Apiva is the better pick
If you'd like your credits spent only on applications that reached the employer, that's how our billing works. It's the main reason to pick us.
Our price is on the pricing page in full, so you know the monthly amount before checkout.
Sponsorship questions are answered only from what you've told us. So are identity questions like disability disclosure. If you haven't said, it picks the form's decline option or asks you.
And 25 free applications every month is enough to see whether it works for you.
Bottom line
If you want a wide bundle of job-search tools and direct outreach to hiring managers, and a daily rate suits you, JobCopilot covers ground we don't. Read their Trustpilot page and their 7-day refund rule first.
If you want applications that actually reached an employer, and you want credits spent only on those, that's what Apiva is for. 25 a month costs nothing to try.
Either way, pick a few applications and look for them in the employer's own portal. That's the record the company deciding whether to interview you is looking at.
