AIApply reviews (2026): is it legit, what it costs, and who it suits
Updated
We make Apiva. Read this knowing that.
Everything about AIApply below comes from their own site, their terms and their Trustpilot page, checked on 17 October 2026. Their auto-apply prices only appear at checkout, so confirm the number there before you pay either of us.
Is AIApply legit?
Yes. AIApply is run by AIApply Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15200716), according to its own terms of service. On 17 October 2026 Trustpilot rated it 4.3 out of 5 from 2,011 reviews, which Trustpilot labels Excellent.
Legit and good value aren't the same question, though. Read the refund terms before you buy. Their terms say fees are non-refundable, and that "Auto-Apply is a non-refundable product" once applications have been submitted. The exceptions they list are where the law requires a refund, a technical problem you report that they can reproduce and verify, and an accidental purchase reported within 30 minutes of the charge.
You can cancel any time. The plan renews on its own unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
The short version
With Apiva, you pick the jobs and our AI fills in each application and submits it. Paid plans charge a monthly fee up front, and a credit from your allowance is only used once a submission is confirmed. If it doesn't go through, the credit stays in your balance. You get 25 applications free every month, no card.
AIApply is a bigger toolkit, with writing tools and a mock interviewer. Auto-apply is a separate purchase on top, paid in credits before anything is sent.
If you mostly want applications sent, and you want to know they actually landed, Apiva is the better deal for you. If interview practice matters to you as much as applying does, AIApply has more in the box.
What you get with Apiva
You get a feed of jobs built from a corpus of 50,000+ US company career pages, rescanned on a daily cycle. You can also paste a link to any US job you found yourself. Nothing is sent until you approve it.
Our AI fills in the form and rewrites your résumé for that role from your real experience. Skills get added only if your own résumé shows them, and you can review every change before it goes.
Some questions only you can answer. When a form asks one, the app shows it as "Needs your answer" and picks up again once you reply. If an attempt stops partway, it's marked "Will be retried" and no credit is used.
When an application goes through, a confirmation is saved against it and you can open it. That's the point where the credit gets spent, and not before.
AIApply pricing (checked October 2026)
AIApply is really two purchases.
The toolkit, which they call Premium, is $29 a month or $144 a year. That's from their own comparison page, dated 10 September 2026. It covers the résumé builder, cover letters, an application kit and the mock interview tool. It doesn't apply to any jobs.
Auto-apply is sold separately as credit packs. One credit is one application. Their site says packs run from 100 up to 2,000 applications, and that auto-apply needs a paid plan. The price of each pack is shown at checkout, not on a public page, so we can't give you a current figure. Check it there.
Their free tier has unlimited cover letters and the résumé scanner. It also gets you into their job board. Auto-apply isn't part of it.
Apiva pricing
| Plan | Price | Applications a month |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0, no card | 25 |
| Starter | $19 / month | up to 200 |
| Pro | $39 / month | up to 600 |
| Scale | $99 / month | up to 1,500 |
Every plan is the whole product. The tiers only differ by volume. Quarterly prices ($49, $79 and $239) are published but quarterly billing isn't open yet. Credits reset each month and don't roll over. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and a part-used month isn't refunded. Full detail is on the pricing page.
If you use all 200 Starter credits in a month, that works out as low as about 10 cents per confirmed application. Use fewer and each one costs more.

When AIApply is the better pick
You want interview practice. They have a mock interview tool and a separate Interview Buddy subscription ($19 a month or $99 a year, per the same page). We don't offer interview practice at all.
You care most about raw volume per day. Their site says auto-apply can submit up to 100 tailored applications a day. We don't try to win on that number.
Their reviews are good, too. 4.3 from over 2,000 people counts for something, and we're newer than they are.
When Apiva is the better pick
If you'd like your credits spent only on applications that reached the employer, that's how our billing works. A credit is held when you add a job, released if you skip it before it's sent, and only spent on a confirmed submission.
It's also easier to see what went wrong. Any application that stopped says why, for example that it's waiting on your answer or that it will be retried.
Sponsorship questions are answered only from what you've told us. So are identity questions like disability disclosure. If you haven't said, it picks the form's decline option or asks you.
And you can try it before spending anything. 25 applications a month are free, every month, not a one-off trial.
Bottom line
If you want writing tools and a mock interviewer in one subscription, and you're happy to buy applications up front, AIApply is a legit company with good reviews and the toolkit is fairly priced for what's in it.
If what you want is the job applied to and proof that it landed, that's what we built. You approve the job, our AI fills it in and submits it, and a credit is only used once it's confirmed. Try it on 25 free applications a month, no card.
Whichever you pick, check a few applications in the employer's own portal. It takes ten minutes and it's the only record that counts.
