This role builds self-serve tooling and AI-augmented platforms for marketing teams, owning end-to-end development of platform capabilities that convert repetitive marketing asks into reusable features. The engineer collaborates with marketers, designers, and PMs to identify high-leverage workflows to automate, driving the agent layer direction. The team is lean, owning ramp.com and associated tooling.
