Machine Learning Engineer, LLM Post-Training

What this role involves

This role focuses on post-training of large language models, including continuous pre-training, supervised fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning. The engineer will own data preparation and work closely with product teams to translate business needs into training objectives. Hands-on experience with RL and distributed GPU training is required.
