Lead and grow a team of Data Engineers to build and maintain the data infrastructure powering analytics, machine learning, and operational decision-making at a mental healthcare startup. Own the architecture and reliability of the data platform including dbt, orchestration, and data warehousing. Partner cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to define roadmap and technical strategy.
