Senior Engineering Manager, Fullstack

What this role involves

This Senior Engineering Manager role leads the Factory Core team within Hadrian's Flow platform, which coordinates manufacturing operations. The manager will own business domains end-to-end, hire and develop engineers, and stay hands-on as a player-coach. The position requires a strong full-stack background and experience leading production systems, but not necessarily aerospace or defense expertise.
