Applied AI Engineer

What this role involves

Drata is seeking an Applied Research Engineer to drive the quality and effectiveness of AI systems through experimentation and evaluation. The role focuses on research and prototyping of information retrieval and reasoning strategies, including RAG, agents, and ML approaches. The engineer will build evaluation frameworks and run experiments to validate hypotheses before production rollout.
