Staff Applied AI Engineer

What this role involves

Doss is building an AI-native operations cloud for physical product businesses. The Staff Applied AI Engineer will own the applied AI architecture, including building a natural-language interface (Dossbot) for querying and automating supply-chain and finance data, and developing agentic workflows with enterprise guardrails. The role requires deep experience shipping LLM-powered features to production and strong backend fundamentals.
