What this role involves

Benchling is hiring an Agentic AI Engineer to build internal AI tooling, agentic applications, and data infrastructure for biotech R&D. The role is founding engineer on a new team within Security & IT, focusing on rapid prototyping and hardening production systems around foundation models. The engineer will own technical direction and architecture, working closely with an AI PM and data team.
