Senior Software Engineer; Analytics Compute Platform team

What this role involves

Amplitude is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Middleware team, which owns the compute layer between front-end analytics products and the proprietary analytics database. The role involves designing and building core parts of the query/compute engine, evolving the compute API, and improving performance and scalability. The ideal candidate has strong backend or distributed-systems engineering experience with SQL and query engines.
